This Pet Friendly studio with its fully equipped kitchen is absolutely beautiful and conveniently located minutes from the Gulf of Mexico\.  Located in Sandpiper Cove boasting, golf, tennis and 5 pools and 2 hot tubs with 24 hour security it has everything you need for your home away from home during your vacation\.  The unit comes with a Queen size Murphy Bed, Queen sleeper and Twin Futon\.  Perfect for Families with small children or a couple looking for a relaxing couples retreat\.  Brand new 32" TV in the living room for your viewing pleasure and let's not forget to mention Louisiana Lagniappe located onsite and its wonderful Cajun cuisine\.  Want to go to the local water restaurants located on the Harbor of Destin?   Take the water taxi and enjoy a traffic free arrival and departure\.  Sandpiper Cove is on 43 acres with 1100 feet of beach and BBQ grills available onsite as well\.  Comes with FREE BEACH SERVICE during season\.  Come book your stay with this unit and you will be very pleased with your decision\.  Non refundable pet fees apply\.

A dog under 25 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee\. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on\-site\. Current shot records are required at check\-in as well\. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach\. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly\.
