Welcome to Sandpiper Cove 9222\! 

Beachwalk condo located in Sandpiper Cove has 2 bedrooms and 2 on suite 
bathrooms\.  This is a 2nd floor unit \(no elevator\) just a four\-minute walk to toes in 
the sand at beautiful Destin Beach\. Unit sleeps 8 people, pet friendly and decorated 
with new furnishings throughout\. This is a Non\-smoking unit\. 

Open concept living and dining area with Queen sleeper sofa and 65” smart TV\.  
Newly renovated kitchen with Quartz countertops, new dishwasher, refrigerator, 
and washer/dryer\.  Extra seating at the breakfast bar\. 

Primary bedroom has a King size bed, 40” smart TV and on suite bathroom\. 
Guestroom has 2 Queen size beds, 50” smart TV, on suite bathroom and private 
balcony\. 

Another quiet and private balcony off the living room with high top table and 
chairs\.  Partial views of Destin Harbor and The Gulf\. 

Amenities included in this 43\-acre resort are 1100 feet of private beach, 9\-hole par 
3 golf course, pickle ball and tennis courts, 3 hot tubs, 5 pools, BBQ grills, boat 
docks \(rented for additional fee\), Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant and The Sand 
Flea Beach Bar and Grill on site\. 

This unit comes with two complimentary beach chairs and umbrella during peak 
season\. 

A dog under 40 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $150 plus tax 
nonrefundable pet fee\.  There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on
site\.  Current shot records are required at check\-in as well\.  Although Sandpiper 
Cove allows pets, they are not allowed on the beach\.  No beach in Destin/Okaloosa 
county is pet friendly\.
