THE BEACH: "Sandpiper Villa" is a luxury 2 bed 2 bath condo located in Jupiter Beach\. The unit is located on the Ground floor and offers a large patio with views of Carlin Park which is located just across from Jupiter Beach\.
THE COMMUNITY:
The community offers a heated pool, tennis courts, basketball court and racquetball court\.
INSIDE:
This property has been fully renovated & designed from floor to ceiling by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team\. You have a fully equipped and new kitchen with double fridge, chef faucet and all items you need to make that wonderful meal\. Diners can sit at the dining table whilst chatting with your chef\! Don't forget the huge SMART TVs in the living room and bedrooms\. Both bedrooms will offer luxurious King size bed/Queen size bed and flat screen TV's\. Everything is brand new and you cant beat the prime location\. There is even a George Foreman Grill on the patio\!
STARTER PACKS:
All POSHPADZ properties come with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent, starter garbage bags\.

We will also walk the property to make sure there are no damages\. We will ask you to sign a damage and liability form with a  copy of your credit card\. This is destroyed 5 days after you leave\. Check in is similar to checking into a hotel\.

CANCELLATION NOTE: Please Note there is a cancellation fee of $250 or the Credit card fee whichever is greater when cancellations are made 60 days or more from arrival
