Room for all in this open floor plan beach house designed for outdoor living\! Enjoy modern conveniences, streaming services \(Hulu Live complimentary\) in every bedroom, and a custom kitchen\. The back deck is where you’ll spend many hours when you’re not in the water\. A shaded deck will give great views of our happy hump \(bridge\) and beautiful sunsets on the bay\. The deck has a large grill, a large dining table, and a large seating area\. Private beach in your backyard with a bayside deck, hammocks, and furniture\. 4 kayaks, beach chairs, beach toys, a corn hole set, and crab traps are included\! Catch your dinner outback\! Shallow waters in the Bay are perfect for swimming, kayaking, fishing, and learning to snorkel for children\.  Enjoy this large 5/4 Dauphin Island Beach Rental with your extended family and friends\! Gulf Beach is across the street with full access 0\.35 miles from the end of your driveway\!

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully\-outfitted kitchen\. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;\)\.  A great beach vacation is waiting on you\!

Please note the following:
1\. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay\.
2\. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time\.
3\. All of our Homes are Non\-Smoking\.
4\. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance\.
5\. This property does not allow weddings or parties\.
6\. Check\-in time is 3 pm, and check\-out time is 10 am\.
7\. Start dishes and linens before departure\.
8\. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night\.
9\. This home is NOT pet friendly\.
10\. The next door pier is NOT part of the property and should NOT be accessed\.
11\. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used\. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies\.
