Sanibel Siesta on the Beach, Unit 403\. The perfect place to stay for a memorable vacation\!  Look for starfish on the beach and gaze at the stars at night\.  Pretty and spacious 2 bed/2 bath non\-smoking unit with a beachy theme is just steps to the beach or pool\.  Enjoy the artwork featuring local birds\.  The master suite has a king bed with access to a large screened lanai overlooking a tropical pond\.  The guest bedroom has twin beds but can be made into a king upon request\.  The large and bright living/dining room also opens onto the large screened lanai\.   The fully\-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal\.  The walk\-in showers with safety bars, and the unit's close proximity to the elevator makes beach living a little easier\.  Other amenities include ceiling fans throughout, central air, 3 satellite flat\-screen TVs, queen\-size sleeper sofa, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee\.  You will also enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs, loungers and a beach umbrella for your convenience\.  Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on\-site office\.  Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, Wifi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills and laundry facilities, all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets\!  We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants\. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4\. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person,  a 1\-time extra linen charge of $35\.00 will apply\. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants\. NO PETS\.
