Zuzu's Fancy is a wonderful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in a quiet St\. James City neighborhood\.  This home is sure to please with its beautiful coastal décor and comfortable furnishings\.  Dolphins are often seen playing in the back canal while manatees swim in the front canal by the fire\-pit\.  This home offers a screened in porch overlooking the canal and mangroves, with a large Tiki Hut and large outdoor area\. Bring your boat\! You'll find a great canal side dock complete with water and electric, fish cleaning station where you can drop a line or jump in your boat\. Either way you will find some of the best fishing anywhere\.  Includes a large dock with plenty of room to tie up your boat\. Just 3 minutes out to open water to some of Florida's best beaches on Sanibel and Captiva islands\. Love kayaking? Easily drop in at the second canal front parcel included with this home\! Beautiful spot to enjoy the fire pit\! Pop on down the road to St\. James City proper and enjoy one of our restaurants or bars\.  Live music, good food, and a great view are all easy to find here\.
