## Description
Incredible waterfront location for this large 5 bedroom rustic home on the sparkling shore of the Caribbean Sea\. Walking distance to a nearby beach and the Nature Conservatory's Jacks & Issac's Bay\. A wall of windows for water views, year\-round trade breezes and the soothing sound of waves from the shoreline below make for a unforgettable stay\. Olympic style 50' seaside pool is delightful after a kayak or snorkeling excursion down in front\.

Entire Villa consisting of both the units: Sapala 1 \(4 bedrooms\) and Sapala 2 \(1 bedroom\) will be exclusively available to you and it will not be shared with anyone else\.

The base rate has been deliberately set lower, to make it affordable for smaller families to rent the property\. However, each guest over 4\+ are charged an additional daily fee of $40 per guest, up to a maximum of 13 guests\.

You will be renting the entire property with a private pool, which sits on a 0\.8 acre land facing the ocean and consists of two units:

\(a\) Sapala 1: an upstairs/main unit with 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms, a large open kitchen / living / dining area and a game room on the loft\. All bedrooms are of the same size and each has a big bathroom with double vanity sink and an empty closet space with hangers for your use\.

\(b\) Sapala 2: a downstairs/poolside unit with 1 bedroom/1bathroom, a full kitchen with living / dining area and a stacked washer/dryer unit\.

The two units have separate entrance and are NOT connected internally to each other\. As part of "Sapala All", both the units will be rented to the guests in your party and will not be shared with anyone else at time of your stay\.
