There is a 3 night minimum stay at Sapphire and the primary guest must be at least 25 years old with a max of 8 guests\.This condo is located in the South Tower on the 17th floor with a spectacular view on the oceanfront side of the beach, the next door Margaritaville Resort, and to the South the SpaceX launch site \(completely viewable from this condo\)\.This is one of the most exclusive viewing spots to see a live rocket launch in quite possibly the world\.This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has an open concept kitchen that is fully equipped with pots/pans/dishes/etc to the living room and patio to the ocean with eat in breakfast bar\. High ceilings, all tile floors and a nice amount of bedding to accommodate up to 8 people\.For your convenience the condo has a washer & dryer\. The master bedroom suite has a massive bathroom and garden soaker tub with frameless shower stall and walk in closet\.
