A fenced backyard is pet\-friendly and this vacation spot is a prime place to unleash your inner adventurer with your pup\.

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens\. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper and coffee filters\. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper napkins and toiletries\.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 7:00 a\.m\. to 10:00 pm\. 

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check\-In and Check\-Out instructions\.

Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved over\-occupancy or pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $1000\.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement\.

 Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check\-in with full refund minus a $125 Cancellation fee or a $75 Change fee if applicable\. No refunds will be issued after this cut\-off date for any reason\. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions\.\*\*
