Nicely furnished and maintained\.  This  condo is located across the street from the beach\.  It has dedicated beach access\(sand path\)\.  A short walk will have you enjoying the pristine white sandy beach and watching the Gulf waves roll in within minutes\. 

This sweet condo has lots of accessories, including: Keurig coffee maker, beach wagon, umbrella and chairs, phone chargers, etc\.  The complex has a very tropical setting and is nicely landscaped\.  There is a great swimming pool and gazebo area with BBQ grills\.  This property is conveniently located to shopping areas, restaurants and entertainment\.

Two elevators and dedicated parking adds to the convenience of this great property\.
