Welcome to Sea Oats \- where you can watch the sunrise on the beach every morning\. This centrally located space is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, with large patio where you can enjoy the pool, ocean view, sunrise, and rocket launches\. This lovely, quiet, ocean side condo with direct, private beach access has a large heated swimming pool, clubhouse, outside shower, and convenient parking w/additional spaces for guests\. Conveniently located near shopping and dining\.

Parking Requirement:

The HOA at Sea Oats requires all guests to complete a Rental Information Form prior to arrival to issue parking passes\. This helps ensure parking is reserved for residents and guests only\.

Guests will receive two parking passes in the unit for use during their stay\. After booking, you will be asked to provide basic information, including guest names and vehicle details \(up to 2 vehicles\)\.
