Heated pool is available for an additional $500 per week \(operable only when air temperature is above 60\~; pool cannot be heated from mid\-November through end of March\)\. Two primary bedrooms, one with sitting area and private deck\. Vaulted ceilings in living/dining area offers lots of natural lighting\. Dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, washer/dryer, 7 flat screen TVs including one in each bedroom, wireless Internet access, ceiling fans\. Private TV room on ground level with flat screen and mini refrigerator\. Covered and open decks with porch furniture including outdoor teak pool furniture surrounding the spacious pool area\. Gas grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower\. Water booster pump\. Directly across from beach access\. Available year\-round\. Four\-night minimum\. No smoking\. Pets allowed with $200 non\-refundable fee per pet \(2 maximum, 75 lb\. limit\)\. Fenced\-in yard\. 6506 Ocean Drive\.
