This is the lower level of a top and bottom duplex property on E\. Arctic Avenue\.  Sea Spot "Up" is the upper level and also a vacation rental that be combined for larger groups\.

“Down” comes with parking for two \(2\) vehicles in the driveway on the right side of the house\. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living area with new leather couches and a full dining table\. Each bedroom has a large mounted Roku TV with complimentary cable stations using the Xfinity app\. The larger bathroom was just remodeled with a new custom tiled garden tub/shower and new tiled flooring\. Just relax in the shade or eat dinner on the large private porch or take a nap on the bed swing\!

Other amenities on the property include a washer and dryer, outdoor shower to wash off the sand, beach chairs, large beach mats, an umbrella and beach towels\. The kitchen also has plenty of utensils and pots/pans for cooking, as well as wine glasses and outdoor beverage glasses for drinks on the porch\.
