Enjoy your vacation at THE BEST LOCATION on Folly Beach\!\! Sea Spot sits right on the first block of East Arctic Avenue\. Only 1/2 block to all the restaurants and nightlife on Center Street, and just steps to beach access across the street\. It doesn't get any better than that on Folly\. Another bonus is the top level sun deck, with a dining table and loungers and a side view of the calming ocean tides\.

"Up" offers 3 Bedrooms and 1 Full Bath \(bathroom has two sinks, a vanity, and two mirrors\) 

Bedrooms have 2 King beds, 2 Twin beds and a click\-clack futon in the living room, which sleeps 1 adult or two kids\. Then a bonus Loft/reading nook in the back with another twin bed for relaxing or sleeping\. Each full bedroom has a large mounted Roku TV with complimentary cable stations using the Xfinity app\. The full bathroom has a new custom tiled garden tub/shower and new tiled flooring\. Even though there is just one bathroom, there are two sinks and a vanity for more than one person to get ready at once\. 

Open floor plan includes the large stocked kitchen for cooking, bar seating, dining table and chairs and large living room with comfortable seating for the whole group\. The large sun deck is attached to the living room with an Eastern view of the ocean\! Also with a large outdoor dining table, two sun loungers and two comfy adjustable zero\-gravity chairs\. 

Other amenities on the property include a washer and dryer, outdoor shower to wash off the sand, 4 beach chairs, 2 large beach mats, one umbrella and 8 beach towels\. The kitchen has a huge set of wine glasses, an electric wine opener, a blender and new colorful glasses for the mixed drinks\!

And lastly, with a great location to all the excitement on Center street and near a popular beach access point, comes with a little bit of noise\. Once you are on the island you can literally walk everywhere, but if you'd like to travel to Downtown Charleston or visit other area sites, you'll need a car\. Ride shares are not as available as they were before Covid, so you cannot count on drivers being available\. Hopefully that will change in the summer of 2021\.
