Be our guest and enjoy the amazing views from this condo\.  You have unobstructed views from Seagull Retreat located on the top floor of the northeast side of B Building\.  

Stocked with everything that you will need to have an enjoyable, relaxing vacation experience\.  The north beach area is more residential and as a result, is the more quiet end of the island\.  The north beach is a great place to catch a gorgeous Tybee sunset\.   You will enjoy watching the dolphins play and the ships coming in and out of the Savannah Port from the privacy of your own balcony\.   Or step out to the beach and get your toes in the sand\.   

This condo offers a 50" smart television in the living room, a 32" smart tv in the bedroom, and wifi throughout\.  There is a king\-size bed in the bedroom\.    

NO GOLF CARTS, NO TRAILERS, NO PETS ALLOWED ON SITE\.  SBRC IS A SMOKE\-FREE COMPLEX\.  NO SMOKING ON THE GROUNDS, HALLWAYS, COMMON AREAS, OR IN THE CONDO\.  YOU MAY SMOKE ON THE BALCONY, BUT WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE KEEP THE BALCONY DOOR CLOSED WHILE DOING SO\.  The City of Tybee does not allow smoking on the beaches\.
