CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
Please be advised that the Seahorse Complex will be undergoing construction from December 11th\-January 15th, weather permitting\. The scheduled work includes:
Chiseling and grinding of the concrete on the Gulf\-facing side of the building
Painting and caulking on the east \(rear\) wall of the complex
Pressure washing of the concrete surfaces, which will occur prior to other construction activities
Work will take place on weekdays only; no construction will be conducted on weekends\.

Seahorse is a low\-density beach front complex in Pensacola Beach comprised of only 18 individual units\. The townhomes are on the first and second floors while nine one bedrooms are built on the third floor\. There is an elevator that goes to all entrance levels\.
