With room for 16 and a private pool overlooking the Gulf, we can't think of a better spot for your next beach vacation\. On the 1st floor, the main entry into the house also features a convenient full\-size refrigerator and a half bathroom for your beach or pool day\. Out on the back deck, you can enjoy stunning sunsets and clear views of the surf, thanks to the glass fencing surrounding the pool\. This private pool is a great space to splash around, second only, of course, to the Gulf it overlooks\. On the 2nd floor, you'll be in awe of the amazing views from every spot on this main living area\. Dine with Gulf views indoors or out\. This generously sized main living area features a large open concept space featuring a true chef's kitchen with plenty of counterspace\. The kitchen island has room for 8 and the dining table has seats for 10\. If you can take your eyes off the stunning views, you'll enjoy the 65" TV for a movie night\. This floor also features a 2nd half bathroom as well as 2 bedrooms\. On the 3rd floor, you'll find another lounge area with TV\. 2 more bedrooms and 2 bedroom suites complete this floor\.
