Welcome to Seaside Beach and Racquet Club 4311, this 1BR/1BA beachfront condo\. Listen to the waves rolling in on the balcony of the white sands of Orange Beach\. The living space features a sleeper sofa and oversized chair with twin\-size sleeper\. The well equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a local seafood dish\. 

The tranquil bedroom features a queen\-size bed and bathroom with shower/tub combo\. The unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience\.

Getting Around:
Seaside Beach and Racquet Club is located 5\.1 miles east of Hwy 59, 5\.5 miles west of the Florida line and a little over 6 miles from The Wharf\.  Close to area restaurants and entertainment nearby such as Bubba's Seafood, Adventure Island and Live Bait\.

The Neighborhood:
Seaside is close to Wolf Bay Restaurant, Ruby Slipper Café, or Doc's Seafood\. Attractions in the area include Adventure Island, Beachside Mini Golf, and Arcade\. A short drive to the Wharf with plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment at your fingertips\! Just a little under 6 miles from the world famous Flora\-Bama Beach bar\.

Guest Access:
\*Seaside Beach and Racquet Club does require parking passes\. Upon arrival, let the guard know you are checking\-in\.  Parking passes can only be purchased from guard \(credit card only\) and they are $50/parking pass with a limit of 1 vehicle\. Fill this out completely and place it VISIBLY on your vehicle's dashboard\. 

SPRING/SUMMER HOURS:  Pools, fitness room & tennis courts will be open 8am to 10pm\.  Security guard will be on duty 8am to 4am\.

No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite\.
