With a patio that overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway\. Restaurants and shopping are within easy walking distance, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead\.  The bistro set on the patio makes it the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails while watching the sunset\. 
Living room has open floor plan with Queen hide\-a\-bed, flat screen TV, Electric Fireplace and Queen Murphy bed\. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes breakfast bar with 3 stools\. Dining area includes dining table with 4 chairs\.
