Balcony is  overlooking the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway\.  Living room has large flat screen TV, WiFi, and balcony with outdoor chairs to enjoy the amazing ocean and beach views\!\!  Sunsets are amazing from here\.  Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher\.  Plenty of dishware and cookware, and coffee pot\.  The master bedroom has a King bed\. Living room has a Queen Murphy bed \(wall bed that pulls down in living room for extra sleeping\) and a full size sleeper sofa\.  Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead\.  Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets\. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use on the ground floor\. Elevator is on site\.  Parking for 2 vehicles\. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town\. No pets\. NOTE: THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY\.  YOU MAY NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOMS, ON BALCONIES, COMMON AREAS OR PATIOS\. MUST BE OVER 25 TO RENT PROPERTY\.
