Balcony overlooking the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway\. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead\.  Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets\. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use on the ground floor\. Elevator is on site\.  Parking for 2 vehicles\. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town\. No pets\.
