There are two separate living spaces in which to relax and connect, one more formal area, the other with a television, and each offering the invitation to get cozy and comfortable\. Some part of every day will involve hanging outside by the pool, simply slide open the glass doors to bring the outside, in\. Whether lounging in the sun, soaking in the hot tub, or dining under stately palm trees that cast shade upon the poolside scene, the terrace delivers a signature California vibe\.

With three distinct bedroom suites, the home is thoughtfully designed for privacy and autonomy\.
