Minimum stay: 7 nights and Maximum occupancy: 8 people



There are 4 parking spaces designated for this property including the garage\.



Optional pool heat up to 86 F and spa heat up to 100 F is available from November to April at $150/week\. Optional spa heat only is available May\-September for $75/week\. Pools are serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days\. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance\.



Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area\. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night\. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property\.
