Traditional floor plan with high open ceilings and beautiful windows to enjoy the nature this property has to offer\. Private decks and a large screened porch make outdoor living one of the best things about this location\. Private fenced in yard\. Plenty of outdoor furniture to take a long rest after a day at the beach\. Beach cart will make carrying the cooler to the beach much easier\. Enclosed hot/cold outside shower and Weber gas grill\. Available year\-round\. No smoking\. Pets allowed with $150 non\-refundable fee per pet \(2 maximum\)\. 5302 Emerald Drive\.

This property rents monthly in the off\-season\. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation\.  Pets considered with $300 non\-refundable fee per pet\.
