Welcome to Seaside Serenity in Miramar Beach\! 

This 5 bedroom, 4 bath home is located in the gated private community of Villas of Frangista with onsite amenities including a seasonal heated community pool\.

This updated and beautiful 2 story home features a spacious kitchen and living room on the main level of the home\. The kitchen has a large island for preparing meals or eating a bite at the bar\. The kitchen features full sized stainless steel appliances and white countertops and cabinets\. Cookware, bakeware, dishes, and utensils are included with your stay so you can eat at home and not pack your whole kitchen\. 

Adjacent to the kitchen is a grand dining table that seats 8\.

The large living room has plenty of plush and cozy seating options to enjoy the large flat screen TV\.

Also located on the ground floor are 2 bedrooms and bathrooms\. The first bedroom has twin bunk beds, and the guest bathroom offers a walk in shower\. The second bedroom is a master suite with a King\-sized bed and spa like adjoining master bathroom\. The bathroom features a large walk\-in shower and 2 separate vanity sinks\.

The full\-sized washer and dryer are also located on the main floor\.

Upstairs there is a separate living area to enjoy as well as 3 guest bedrooms\. 

The first guest bedroom offers a King\-sized bed\. The second and third bedroom offer Queen sized beds\. There are also 2 guest bathrooms located on the second floor\. The first guest bathroom has a walk\-in shower and the second features a combination tub/shower\. 

Downstairs offers a screened in porch with comfort seating options, a ceiling fan and flat screen TV\.  After you exit the screened room there is additional seating outside on the patio and a grill for your use\.

If the interior didn’t make you want to book right away, this home is also dog friendly for an additional fee and the backyard is fenced in\.

Public beach access is about a 4\-minute drive away\. A golf cart is included with your stay\. \(note: garage is not available to park your cars\)\.

Beyond the villa, you’ll discover a seasonally heated community pool and the best of Miramar Beach, from boutique shopping and delicious dining to exciting watersports and deep\-sea fishing\. Explore miles of scenic trails or unwind at nearby state parks\.
