This home is a family beach house\. While we keep it nice, it is not brand new and we like it that way\. For us, it's a cozy beach home\.\.\.it's not perfect and if you are looking for perfection we aren't the spot for you\. If you want family fun, funky decor, a pool on the ocean and direct beach access from your backyard and have a happy spirit that enjoys vacation and likes to laugh and have fun\.\.\.you are the perfect guest for our home\. Important note about the hot tub: The hot tub is operated through an app controlled by the owner\. To use it, simply text the property manager, and they will turn it on or off remotely for you\. Please note: While the hot tub is available, it is located directly on the beach where salt air and weather can cause issues, so it is not guaranteed as part of the rental\. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds if the hot tub becomes unavailable during your stay\. Guest Access: You will receive an access code 24 hours prior to check\-in for easy self\-entry\.
