This beautiful villa offers the prime ocean front location in the Seaside Villas\. 
This corner villa, located on the second floor of Seaside Villas building II, has
a 180 degree view of the beach and Atlantic ocean\. This unit was completely
stripped to the studs and lavishly redesigned in 2017\. Within walking distance
 of the shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza\.

From your private balcony, enjoy the full 180 degree view of Hilton Head's white
 sandy beaches and the beautiful blue Atlantic\! 

TV with cable, free Wi\-Fi\.

Kitchen is equipped with a standard\-drip coffee maker

Unit located within Seaside villas, a private gated oceanfront community 
with direct access to the beach\. There is also an onsite community pool 
sunning area, grilling areas, limited covered parking under the buildings, 
and bike racks\. Elevators are located in both buildings and laundry rooms 
are found on every floor \(coin operated machines\)\. This villa also has its 
own stacked laundry located in the bathroom of the villa\.
Seaside Villas sit in a prime location in Forest Beach, with Coligny Plaza 
being a 5\-10 minute walk away\. Within short driving distance of Sea Pines, 
Shipyard and Palmetto Dunes golf clubs\. Passes for off site fitness center included\.
