\~	Beach Access:  Less than a 2 minute walk to the Seawall and a short drive/walk to many restaurants and attractions\.

\~	WIFI/Cable: We provide free high\-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels\. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps\.

\~	Pet Policy:  Pets are not allowed\. 

\~	Parking:  There is room for 2 cars in the driveway, and 2 additional cars on the street\. For street parking you will need to put a parking permit in the vehicle\. Any lost parking permits have a replacement fee of $250\.

One bedroom offers a luxurious king\-sized bed, private en\-suite bathroom, perfect for a couple seeking extra space\. The other bedroom on the second floor has a queen\-sized bed, and the secondary living space is outfitted with 2 twin\-over\-full bunks and an additional trundle bed with surrounding curtains for added privacy and sound sleep\. An additional full bathroom is also on the second floor\. 

After a day of exploring the beach or the Strand District, unwind on the inviting backyard patio with comfortable seating – the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing beverage, a delicious meal, or simply relax under the Texas sky\.
