This newly renovated, single\-level home spans a generous 2,660 square feet and features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests in spacious style\.

A few steps lead to the charming front porch and double\-door entry, welcoming you into the expansive great room—a bright and airy space that brings together the living room, kitchen, and dining areas, all drenched in natural light and mountain views through large picture windows\.

Living Room: This open\-concept gathering space offers modern, comfortable furnishings, a large Smart TV, and two convertible sleeper chairs\. The highlight is the stunning wall of windows showcasing panoramic red rock views\. Guests can also enjoy a friendly game on the full\-size pool table, or step out onto the massive back patio for fresh air and sunshine\.

Kitchen: Designed with both function and comfort in mind, the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a spacious center island, and a cozy built\-in bench nook\. A dedicated conversation area invites relaxed moments by the fireplace \(Duraflame logs only – not provided\)\.
