Sedona Seven Canyons Peaceful Spirit 168 is a lovely home located in the popular Seven Canyons golf community\. You'll find this home is surrounded by stunning red rock views, along with views of nearby Coconino National Forest\. The property is also situated near many well\-known Sedona hiking and biking trails\.

This townhome offers two\-levels, and 2,650 square feet with three bedrooms, and three and a half bathrooms to accommodate up to eight guests in comfort\.

Entering the home via the front door places you directly into the main level great room with the living room, kitchen, and dining area—all with surrounding views\.

Living Room: The living room features a large sectional, a 55” Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace\. Step out onto the private patio where you will find a hot tub, outdoor seating, a fire pit and a propane BBQ  

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with high\-end stainless\-steel appliance\. You'll love the large kitchen island that offers seating for four\.  

Dining Area: The dining area has seating for eight\.

Seven Canyons Community amenities include a clubhouse gastro\-pub style restaurant and bar\. There's also a well\-equipped fitness with Keiser equipment and Power Plate machines\. Take a lap or two in the heated pool with lap lanes or relax in the steam room located in each locker room\. Take in a round or two at the 18\-hole Tom Weiskopf award\-winning par\-72 golf course, practice range, pro shop, putting green and golf lessons\. \(Payment is required at the restaurant and golf facilities\.\)
