It is located in Uptown Sedona and close to SR 89A, where you'll enjoy a large selection of shopping, restaurants and easy access to many hiking and biking trails\. Uptown Shopping District where you can find jeep tours, bike tours, dining and nightlife is just 3 blocks walking distance\!



Offering 2,600 square feet, this single\-level house features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms to accommodate up to nine guests\.



Entering the home through the front door, and you'll step into the open floor plan great room holding the living room, kitchen, and dining area\. Enjoy this space's expansive views, from the many surrounding windows\.  



Living Room: Enjoy modern furnishings including a spacious leather sectional, 85” Smart TV, decorative \(non\-functional\) fireplace\.
