## Description
Spacious and open living space opens to the balcony and fresh lake breezes\. Enjoy your breakfast at the island or coffee on the balcony while enjoying the Serenity of the glorious Canandaigua Lake sunrises\. After breakfast, explore all that Bristol Harbour has to offer \- take a walk on one of the nature trails, then take the elevator down to the sandy beach and marina for an afternoon of fun\. Swim or sunbathe, take the kids to the playground and have a picnic at the park\. Or grill from the comfort of the condo overlooking the Lake\. Cozy up to the fireplace to get warm after skiing or winter hikes or skiing\.

The kitchen has all of the amenities that you could hope for to make your home cooked meals\. Sit around the island or out on the balcony overlooking the lake\. If you prefer to taste the local fare, there are many restaurants in the area\. Beverage Bar in the living room offers a place to prepare your coffee, chill your wine, mix up some drinks for your entertainment or whip up some home made desserts\. 
There is space for 4 guests\. We have games, books, smart TVs & High Speed internet on site\. If you need a quiet spot for a meeting or to get some work done, there is a desk in the primary bedroom\. This bedroom also has a large comfortable bed with plenty of room to unpack your clothes and stay awhile\. The en\-suite bathroom has separate vanity area\. 

2nd bedroom across the hall and 2nd full bathroom off the living area\. Plenty of beach towels are available for your use\. Laundry room available for use during your stay\. 

\*\*Please note that any reservations booked on/after 4/1/2025 will only have access to the Beach Monday thru Thursday, and the Pickle Ball courts after 3 pm every day, unless there is an event scheduled \(in which case you would not have access to the courts\)\. A $50 HOA fee also applies to all reservations\.\*\*
