\- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up\. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival\.

\- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty\.

\- No RV or Trailer parking\.

\- Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood & charcoal\.

\- 4WD or AWD is only necessary for winter months due to the steep paved roads\. 

\*\*Please Note: There is no Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, or Oven on the property \- so guests will need to plan accordingly\.
