Shagbark \#12 you'll provide all the comforts of home while you and your family are on vacation\. This reverse living split level is perfect for your next getaway\. 
 
Upstairs you will find the spacious living room with an inviting fireplace and a smart flat screen TV with cable, a Blu\-ray player, and a VCR\. The perfect place to enjoy a movie during the brisk winter nights while you sit in front of the gas fireplace\. Adjoining the living area are the kitchen, the dining area, and multiple access to the deck\. 
 The kitchen is well\-appointed and sure to be a huge hit\. Gathering around the kitchen island while the family cook makes a special dinner will definitely be the talk for years to come\. Enjoy that dinner either in the dining area or outside on the deck\. The deck is also equipped with a BBQ\. Perfect for the grill master\. in the morning, make yourself a cup of coffee, sit outside, and enjoy the stunning view\. 


In the primary bedroom upstairs, you will enjoy the comforts of a king size bed, a flat screen TV with cable, a DVD player, private access to the upper deck\. The spacious bathroom has dual vanities, a large soaking tub, and a walk\-in shower\.

 After a long day of bike riding, be sure to enjoy the hot tub under the beautiful night sky\. 

The home provides 8 Unlimited SHARC passes, providing access to the SHARC, tennis, pickleball, the marina, and disc golf\. 

Your two family dogs are welcome for an additional fee\.
