If you're looking for a spacious, family and dog\-friendly retreat within walking distance to the beach, Shore Beats Work is the perfect option\! This majestic escapade is all about guest comfort and entertainment, no matter the age\. The ground\-floor game room offers a fun space for entertaining evenings\. You will have everything from a full\-size pool table, a full\-size fridge to keep your snacks and beverages close by, and a TV with a DVD player\. This floor also includes two bedrooms, each with TVs and en suite full bathrooms\. From here, you and your friends will have direct access to a private backyard featuring an in\-ground outdoor pool, an outdoor dining area, and an outdoor shower\!

The second floor hosts the main living space, which features a well\-equipped, eat\-in kitchen and an inviting living room\. The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, two coffee makers \(Keurig and Drip\), and a convenient wet bar, in case you would like to treat your friends to tasty cocktails and beverages\. The kitchen also features an eight\-person dining table for more formal meals and a four\-person breakfast bar for when you're in a rush\. When it's time to finally unwind after a long, yet fun\-filled day, the living room will be waiting for you with comfortable sofas surrounding a TV\. This is a great place to snuggle up, read a good book, plan your next moves, or simply gather and enjoy a fun time with your guests\. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
