The kitchen has everything you need to make that fantastic seafood feast\. The dining area has seating for six, with additional seating at the bar for three\. The laundry room is just a full\-size washer and dryer off the kitchen\. This home also comes equipped with a garage for your use\.The master bedroom is just off the eating area and has a large king\-size bed, 42\-inch Smart TV, a walk\-in closet, a private bath with double vanity sinks, and a large oversized standup shower\.As you go back through the main living space down the hall, there are three additional bedrooms\. The bedroom to the right has a queen size bed, 32\-inch Smart TV, and a walk\-in closet\. The guest bedroom just to the left has a twin\-over\-a\-queen bunk bed, 32\-inch Smart TV, and a walk\-in closet\. The final bedroom, located to the left of the hallway, has a queen size bed, a 32\-inch Smart TV, and a walk\-in closet\. Directly at the end of the hall is the second bathroom with a single vanity sink and shower/tub combo with a linen closet\.This home has a private fenced\-in backyard, comfortable seating, and a gas grill\.Exterior surveillance on the front of the house\.POOL and BEACH ACCESSA community pool is just a few minutes walk to the back of the neighborhood\.
