The location of Silver Bear 18 can not be beat\! You can walk directly to Canyon Lodge and the gondola that goes to The Village\! Relax after a long day on the mountain in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cozy unit\. Cook meals with friends and family in the large kitchen that features vintage appliances\. The living room offers a flat screen smart TV and a sectional sofa\. PLEASE NOTE: this living room does not have an operating fireplace\. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a flat screen TV\. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed\. The Silver Bear common area has an recreation room to enjoy with a lounge with a Foosball table, fireplace and reading area, as well as showers\. There is a year round sauna, covered Jacuzzi, outdoor Jacuzzi, communal gas BBQ grill area and in Summer a small plunge pool and fire pit\. Enjoy a heated underground parking garage for 1 car \(garage clearance is 7' 2"\) with interior hallways and accessible elevator access to your unit on the 2nd floor\. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more\. > Situated just a short walk from Canyon Lodge and the Blue Line, this roomy, well\-appointed condo offers comfortable living, underground parking and convenient elevator access—accurate to the photos and ideal for a ski\-focused stay\. Wi‑Fi and cell reception can be limited, and occasional issues with the fireplace, heating, dryer and a squeaky mattress may require attention, but management is generally responsive and arranges repairs or solutions when contacted\.
