This quaint & rustic home in Saluda has a fantastic outdoor space\! The spacious back deck overlooks the lake and is equipped with plenty of seating\. It's a great spot to relax and soak up the sun\. There's even a 13\-acre aviary preserve right across the water\. Inside, every bedroom and the living room each have great water views\. The dining table seats six, allowing your entire group to enjoy meals together\. The primary bedroom, located on one side of the house, features a recently renovated ensuite bathroom\. On the opposite side, through the kitchen, you'll find two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and the laundry room\.

We are very close to the water, expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer\. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open\.

Please note that you may only park in the driveway or in the designated marked lot across the street from the house\. Please DO NOT park in the grass\. There is a septic field that will get damaged\. 

Candles are not permitted in this property\.

Please note that the boat ramp is for small boats only\. There is cement at the end of the ramp\.Guests must use their discretion when putting boats in at property\.
