## Description
Our 4 bedroom, 3\.5 bath townhome \(Unit 13\) is located in the Sitzmark Building at Purgatory Resort and offers convenience in all seasons\. This is a slope side retreat right at the base of one of Purgatory’s favorite runs, Lower Hades \(just walk up to the Lower Hades run from the townhome\)\.  Ski down to the high\-speed six pack in the morning, and ski right back to the Sitzmark complex in the afternoon\. In spring, summer and fall, mountain biking and hiking trails are just the other side of the front door\.  

The townhome offers plenty of space for multiple families and features an open floor plan\. There are tons of games/puzzles for your enjoyment and the condo also features parking for 2 vehicles at the unit, fully stocked kitchen \(including an Insta\-pot\), washer and dryer, WIFI and a gas grill\.\.

4th \- Bunks Beds \(2\) \- Single over Single \(Ground floor\)

This home is pet friendly\! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day \(for a max $250 per stay\)\.

The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club\. For an additional \(and optional\) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility\. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee\.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied \(Excludes Christmas/New Years\)\.

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer \(white water rafting, horseback riding etc\.\) and winter \(ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc\.\) activities\.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation\. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s\.
