## Description
Our 3 bedroom, 2\.5 bath \(Unit 6\) townhome is located in the Sitzmark Building at Purgatory Ski Resort and offers convenience in all seasons\. This is a mountain retreat right at the base of one of Purgatory’s favorite runs, Lower Hades \- just a minute walk from the condo\. Ski down to the high\-speed six pack in the morning, and ski back in the afternoon\. In spring, summer and fall, mountain biking and hiking trails are just the other side of the front door\. \. This location cannot be beat, and it’s close to the skier base area, all of the restaurants and shops, and the primary amenities of the main skier village at Purgatory\.

The townhome offers plenty of space with an open living room, vaulted ceilings, and a large deck with amazing views\. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views from the large and sunny deck\. This condo features parking for 2 vehicles, a washer and dryer, WIFI and a gas grill\.

The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged & does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club\. For an additional \(and optional\) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub & workout facility\. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee\.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied \(Excludes Christmas/New Years\)\.

The townhome is not pet friendly\.
