Guests have access to the main portion of the home and parking for 3 vehicles \(1 in the garage and 2 directly in front of the garage, as the driveway is occasionally shared with the homeowner and the left side is off\-limits\)\. Trailers and RVs are not allowed without prior approval\. 

If you need to charge your electric vehicles, we have a 24᱐ volt NEMA 14\-5᱐ power outlet in the heated garage\. You’d need to bring your own mobile charger with compatible plug\.

This home enjoys an enviable location in the heart of Breckenridge, allowing you to take advantage of all that this fabulous mountain town has to offer with ease\. The ski\-in/ski\-out home puts you just a 10\-minute walk to the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort and less than 2 miles North of BreckConnect Gondola connecting you to the bases of peaks 7 and 8\. Or head 5 minutes to the South and find yourself at the QuickSilver Superchair, another great option for quick access to the slopes\. 

When you are looking to explore city life, head 5 minutes to the East and find yourself on Breckenridge's historic Main Street, here you will find endless shops, breweries, restaurants, galleries, and museums where you can learn more about the history of this Gold Rush\-era mining town\. In the summer months, have some outdoor fun hiking the trail nearby Snowflake Trailhead or go troll\-hunting for Isak Heartstone \- a larger\-than\-life art sculpture made of natural materials\. You are less than a 5\-minute drive away from Peak 8's Epic Discovery, where you can have endless family fun\! Ride the alpine slide and roller coaster or play a round of mini golf, perfect for a summer evening activity\.
