On the top level, an east\-facing wall of sliding doors and oversized windows in the great room take full advantage of the panoramic ocean views\. The open\-concept layout offers the sight lines and flow needed for large families to comfortably gather and mingle\. Everyone can pitch in with meal prep using the spacious and newly updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a gas cooktop\. There's even a second full\-size fridge for storing extra groceries or the catch of the day\. Outside, an expansive oceanfront deck serves as an extension of the great room for effortless indoor/outdoor living\. It's the perfect spot to watch the sunrise with your morning coffee, or simply take in the salt air and ocean breezes\.
