The spacious decks are perfect for gathering to watch the stars and enjoy the sound of the waves and smells of the salty air\. Your vacation will be complete with the experience of waking up every morning and falling asleep every night to the sound of crashing waves and a view you'll never forget\!  You won't want to be inside when you see the outdoor living space under the house with a hot tub and the screened porch for dining and relaxing\.


South Nags Head is ideal for the family\. The multi\-use path is great for walking, running, and riding a bike, several piers are close by for fishing and dining\. Many local restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities are within a short driving distance\.

No Smoking/Vaping\. Pet Friendly \- Dogs Only\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
