## Description
Sand Castle Cottage is a newly renovated, semi\-oceanfront vacation home in South Nags Head\. In addition to having your very own private pool and hot tub, the ground level is set up for around\-the\-clock outdoor entertainment and relaxation\. Whether you're firing up the grill, lounging by the pool or going one\-on\-one in foosball or ping pong, everyone can do their thing while still being together\. Best of all, getting to the beach will be hassle\-free using the Jacob Street beach access\. It's just a three\-minute walk from the house but also provides parking, as well as a ramp and wooden walkway for easily crossing the dunes\.

After a day at the beach, come home and gather in the comfortably furnished great room with an ocean view\. This bright and airy, open\-concept space features vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light\. At Sand Castle Cottage, you'll find opportunities for outdoor living everywhere you turn\. Two levels of decking on the east and west sides of the house offer both sun and shade, and all four bedrooms provide deck access\. The living area leads directly out to an expansive, east\-facing deck where you can enjoy the salty ocean breezes and morning sunrises\. The back deck overlooks the pool below and the undisturbed nature preserve for stunning sunset views\. Back inside, the chef in the family will appreciate the updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar seating\. The top\-level king suite is situated on the back end of the house for plenty of privacy and features an ensuite bath with walk\-in shower\. Three additional bedrooms on the mid\-level \(including a second king ensuite\) will comfortably accommodate family and friends\.

Located at Milepost 19\.5 where the beaches are wide and uncrowded, Sand Castle Cottage is in a slower\-paced, family\-friendly area while still being just a short drive away from grocery stores, shopping and dining\. Take a five\-minute bike ride to the Outer Banks Fishing Pier and Fish Head's Bar and Grill, where you can order food and drinks on the oceanfront while listening to live music\. You'll be just 3 miles from Coquina Beach and the 4x4 beaches, part of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore and a favorite local spot for fishing and surfing\. From there, explore Bodie Island Lighthouse or head south for a day trip to Ocracoke\.

No pets allowed \- pet free\. No smoking/vaping\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
