This lovely vacation rental features three bathrooms, a newly renovated walk\-in shower, and all the comforts you need for a memorable stay\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
