\- Please return the opener on the kitchen counter upon departure, or we will charge $150 to replace it\. 
\- No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines\.
\- There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off\-site\.

BBQ:
