The Snow Flower complex's convenient location offers ski\-in/ski\-out access to Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City's charming, historic Main Street via the free transit system\.

Snow Flower \#11 is a studio condo with one bathroom located on the first floor of building I\. Access to Park City Mountain's Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone's throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please\.

The open floor plan offers an efficient, well\-equipped kitchen and a dining table with seating for four to enjoy a meal\. A comfortable queen\-size Murphy bed easily pulls out for a good night's rest or can be stored away for additional spacious living, while built\-in drawers keep belongings tucked away\. The living room invites you to relax in front of a gas\-burning fireplace or catch a show on the large flat\-screen TV\. Natural light pours in through large sliding glass doors that lead to a private patio, perfect for après ski or quick access to a fun game of tennis or pickleball during the summer months\. The private bathroom has a full\-size jetted tub perfect for an après ski soak and a walk\-in shower\.

Condo amenities include a fabulous balcony, gas grill, gas fireplace, TV, wall safe, and a hairdryer in the bathroom\. There is an indoor locker room for ski equipment just inside the building's back door, steps from the slopes\.
