The Snow Flower complex's convenient location offers ski\-in/ski\-out access to Park City Mountain Resort and easy access to Park City's charming, historic Main Street via the free transit system\.

Snow Flower \#116 offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms that comfortably sleep up to six guests in this single\-level condo\. Located on the second floor of building III, access to Park City Mountain's Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone's throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please\.

When not experiencing one of Park City's world\-class restaurants, prepare a meal in the well\-equipped kitchen while mingling with friends or family in the open concept kitchen and living area\. Guests can gather around the dining table that offers seating for six\. Well\-appointed furniture in the living room invites you to relax in front of the gas\-burning fireplace or catch a show on the flat\-screen TV\. Glass doors lead to a private patio where you can take in the fresh mountain air and the views of the towering aspen trees\. 

The main suite lends itself to a good night's rest with a luxurious king\-size bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination\. The second bedroom has two twin\-size beds that can be made into a king\-size bed with 24 hours advanced notice, a flat\-screen TV, and a shared bathroom with a bathtub and walk\-in shower combination\. A queen\-size sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping configurations\. 

Condo amenities include wall\-mounted hairdryers in the bathrooms, three TVs, and is designated non\-smoking\. An indoor locker room for ski equipment is located just inside the building's back door, steps from the slopes\. 

Guests will have access to our fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, underground parking, coin\-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms\. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available\. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours\. 

On\-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage areas are available during the summer\.
