This townhouse is conveniently located down the street from Snow Summit Ski Resort\. Spend the day on the slopes and come back to a cozy, comfortable home just for you\. Just a short drive to the Village, lake, shops, and local restaurants\. Perfect for small families who want to make memories on the Big Bear slopes\. 

LIVING SPACE \- Spacious 1458\+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\. 

ROOMS & BEDS \- 2 bedroom, 1\.5 bath\. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, balcony\. Second bedroom has a queen bed and two twin beds\. A sofa sleeper in the living room\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\.

KITCHEN \- Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\.

AMENITIES \- Cable TVs, along with fast WiFi\. Board games and card games\. Laundry area with side by side washer/dryer\.

OUTDOORS \- Enjoy gorgeous views of Snow Summit from the front porch or deck\! Charcoal barbecue\!

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99\.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people \(6 adults max\)\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance \- over occupancy could result in a fine or non\-refundable eviction
