ROOMS & BEDS \- 2 bedroom, 2\.5 bath\. Downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, deck access to hot tub, and private bath\. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV\. Upstairs has a sofa sleeper\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\. 

KITCHEN \- Stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices and more\. 

AMENITIES \- Board games and card games\. Smart TVs with cable and fast WIFI\. Relax near the cozy gas fireplace\. Laundry area with side by side washer/dryer\.
